These are a few of MY favorite things!

Ok, I had a completely different blog for today, but I re-read it this morning and found it to be incoherent and circular.  Therefore, I've scratched it for the day; maybe tomorrow I can reconstruct that mess.  It was almost as bad as the first press release I wrote for my faux political campaign for Artur Davis!  YIKES!

I'm super obsessed with finding deals on clothing, shoes, and accessories.  Let's start with shoes.

Even though I have no interest in hanging out with a Kardashian, shoedazzle.com is pretty dang awesome.  They've got Ah-MAZING shoes for $40.  Where can you get an amazing pair of brand new boots that are stylish for $40?  Oh that's right! SHOEDAZZLE!  When you sign up, you go through a series of photos so they can figure out what your style preferences are, and then they give you a new crop of shoes to choose from each month if you want to purchase something.  They also have accessories and a daily dazzle deal.  Overall, I give it an A -.  It gets an A- because of my warning.  WARNING! Once you've purchased your 1st pair of shoes, they begin to charge your card for the $40 per month unless you click on "Skip Month" by the 5th of the month.  You may want to put an alarm on your phone! If you forget, they give you credits for shoes or whatever you want.  However, if you don't have the money in your account, well you are SOL; again, phone alarm to remember to click on "Skip Month".  A plus is that you can invite friends so you can earn free shoes.  Soooooo, go sign up! I have a shoe obsession!!!!!

On the Rue, you need to be a member to start shopping!  However, just click on "Not a Member" and sign up.  Rue hosts all sorts of different sales.  You can find DKNY, Betsy Johnson, and Michael Kors too!  Lenox china or Waterford crystal?  Yup, they are on there too!  The other day I bought a Spanx Bra on the Rue!  Yes, they make bras now! And they are FABULOUS!!!!!!!!

Back fat be gone! Bra-llujah is here! I swear, it leaves NO squishy back fat! Ah-mazing!  Seriously, if you guys aren't going to get me a personal trainer for my birthday and Christmas, go ahead and buy me the entire line that SpanX makes!  ThanX!

Fall & Winter things I like . . .

Do you HATE being cold?  Me too!  My Mom bought me a Mountain Hardware long jacket last year for Christmas, and I could not be happier!    

Also, Mountain Hardware's Women's Posh Dome hat is soooo super warm.  I want one in every color!

Don't like cold feet? ME NEITHER!  For around the house, I prefer spa socks, or "squishy socks" as we call them in the Autrey household.  No particular brand name here; just go to the Dollar Tree and pick up some! It's totally worth it!
 

Now, as for house shoes, I just bought a pair of Minnetonka moccasins.  I freaking love them!  On our way back from the Apple Festival, which really had nothing to do with apples, up in Ellijay, GA we pulled into a cowboy store for trusty husband to try on some cowboy boots.  I still have no idea why he wanted to try them on because he literally doesn't have anything that would go with cowboy boots! But hey, he wanted to stop!  Anyway, I'd worn the WORST pair of Target ballet shoes to the "festival".   My feet were killing me, and I came across these puppies:

They made my feet sing!!!!!!  I plan on wearing these to my own funeral; they are that awesome!  I highly recommend you purchase a pair! I think I paid around $40 for them. 

Now cute, comfortable and warm, there is no better shoe than the UGG.  Yes, some people say they are UGGly, but I think they are cute.  More importantly, they are comfy and warm. Ok, so I can't find a picture of the awesome ones that my sister bought me for Christmas in 2009, so I'm gonna show you a pair I'd purchase if I had the money! ;D

They look super comfy, and super warm! Yay!  Well, that about wraps up today's post.  When it starts warming up in the Spring I'll post Favorite Things Spring Edition! :D  Have a great weekend!
